Dojima (
Appearance[]
Dojima appears as a short elderly man. He has a clean face, thick eyebrows and grey hair.[1]
He wears a white cook uniform, with apron and chef hat included, and a dark-blue tie.[1][2]
Personality[]
Dojima appears to be extremely efficient and professional as a cook, other than being especially caring towards Haruichi.[1] Hence, he prepared very expensive meat for the party Haruichi organized and agreed to have them pay standard price.[1] Outside of his job, he also showed concern for Haruichi, claiming he thought he'd never see the boy again and asking him about his father.[2]

Sagamihara Neutralization Operation at Daybreak Arc[]
After the Third Division newbies' first mission in Sagamihara, Kafka Hibino asked Haruichi Izumo to organize a party to celebrate. Haruichi hired Dojima and his entourage as chefs, with Dojima serving them an A6-grade Japanese black wagyu beef marble-cut course. To the shock of the others, who wondered if A6-grade even existed, Haruichi told Dojima that he had originally asked for the cheapest meal, with Dojima offering to have them paying standard price.[1][2]
Minutes later, Dojima and Haruichi had a private conversation, with the Head Chef saying he wasn't sure to ever see the boy again. Haruichi then thanked him for the meal and, when asked about his father, said that he hasn't spoken to him since a certain event.[2]
