During the Raid on Tachikawa Base, Takao and his sniper platoon arrived to aid the rest of the Third Division against the airborne Wyvern-type kaiju.[1]

Takao and the rest of the Third Division visited the Ariake Maritime Base for the Anti-No. 9 Eastern Divisional Conferense, clashing with the First Division before Vice-Captain Eiji Hasegawa's arrival.[2]
